For the initial order, we do not require an MOQ. From the subsequent orders, the MOQ is 20 units. You are welcome to mix different models within one container.
If I require a sample, do I need to pay for it and what is the lead time?
Samples are prepared within 5-7 days. The sample cost and associated postage will be refunded upon the placement of a 40HQ container order.
What are your accepted terms of payment?
We accept payments via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Western Union.
What is the estimated delivery time for cargo?
Production typically takes approximately 5 to 15 days to complete for the entire order.
Do you provide a product warranty?
Yes, as a quality-focused manufacturer, we provide a 2-3 year guarantee for the complete product, and a 5-year warranty specifically for the castor, base, and gas lift components.
