We are a professional factory specializing in office furniture.
What is the typical delivery time for orders?
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the specific style and total quantity of the products ordered.
Do you provide product samples?
Yes, samples are available. We charge a sample fee due to the size of the items, but this extra fee is refunded once a formal bulk order is placed.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We do not have a strict minimum order quantity for each model. However, ordering in larger quantities is significantly more cost-effective.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our usual method is T/T or L/C at sight. We require a 30% deposit in advance after confirming order details, with the remaining balance paid before loading.
Can the color or size of the furniture be customized?
While we offer standard sizes for all products, we can also customize colors and dimensions to meet your specific office requirements.
